Chris Reynolds

His business travel industry experience spans more than 20 years and has involved areas such as business travel operations, implementation, project management and in recent years, travel procurement. The past 5 years were spent heading up the travel procurement team for Siemens where he had responsibility for a travel purchasing volume of over £90 million. In the 5 years in this role, he consistently produced £million of savings year, on year earning him an enviable reputation in the industry. More recently, he has taken up an interim post in Global Travel Sourcing for a leading worldwide investment bank.
He is a Regional Director for the Institute of Travel Management and former Chairman of the Thames Consortium Travel Purchasing Group. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchase and Supply.
Karen McGee
Karen McGee has immense business travel experience spanning 20 years, with a diverse and in-depth knowledge of the marketplace.
Her background includes, operations, multi-national sales and project management, strategic development, process re-engineering and management of multi-million pound projects.
More recently Karen has been involved in founding and designing an industry-first, web-based eRFP tool that provides buyers and suppliers with an intuitive, collaborative, online solution to business travel tendering. She successfully launched the product in the business travel marketplace in 2004 and has an impressive list of blue-chip clients.
Prior to Rosenbluth Mal spent 20 years with the Xerox Corporation culminating in a number of years as Vice President, in multi-national and international roles. More recently, Mal’ joined ETA in 2004 after Karen McGee had founded the company the previous year. 'Either as a supplier or a manager I have spent most of the last 25 years using technology to help drive productivity, support decision- making and improve profitability' says Mal ' and what became apparent to me when I got involved with the ETA solution is that the combination of innovative software with a tight industry focus, can bring tremendous benefits to the procurement process'
He sees 3SIXTY as the obvious next step...
'From my conversations with procurement professionals it was clear that what they were asking for were more products like ETABID that could extend the reach of web based procurement solutions, not only forwards into evaluation, implementation and performance, but also pre tender to assist buyers with efficient data gathering to support independent evaluation and benchmarking of potential suppliers. Essentially, as with other processes, Corporations often want the tools to enable them to do these things for themselves, with occasional, tightly focussed support. Point solutions not overwhelming and expensive packages. That is the premise on which 3SIXTY is built'

Her industry experience has also included travel, telecommunications, office equipment, industrial and engineering, electronics, government and media.
