3SIXTY offers customers technical support globally, via email or the web and provides varying levels of support based on the type of package purchased. These include basic support, premium support and other service fee packages. We can also offer upgrade services and training.

Continuous Feedback - Super-users and administrators can keep us up to date about needs and concerns with online feedback forms and surveys.

Basic Support - includes email reponses for technical support and an online help portal for helpful tips and support documentation. Also includes web-based demonstrations, upon request.

Premium Support - For an additional fee, customers can be assigned a dedicated contact that delivers advanced support and issue resolution services for suppliers' technology and production-related issues.
